History

Active for more than 50 years, the company Fours Electriques Industriels Serge Paratte SA, originally based in Rossemaison (JU) was established under the name of "Fours Gfeller" by Messrs. Gfeller and Coradazzi. This company was then acquired by Mr. Emmanuel Selan who re-directs it mainly towards the maintenance and repair of all brands of furnaces. It was during this period that Mr. Paratte joined the company.

1997
Mr. Paratte decides to create his own company in order to continue the adventure.

1999
The company FESP is born.

Armed with his experience in repairing industrial electric furnaces, Mr. Paratte decides to produce his own furnaces. Based on built quality and the ease of maintenance, these furnaces are quickly noticed in the marketplace and forge  a good reputation with many new customers.

2005
With this growing success, the production facilities occupied previously in Rossemaison became too small. That is why Mr. Paratte chose to re-locate to the current and more adapted Courgenay premises. The staff is doubled within a year.

2008
FESP double their production area.

2013
FESP expand their production area once again by more than 500 m2.

FESP has constantly been developing in order to meet more accurately the demands from their customers.
